This is bad quility fake wood with cherry wood look, after I put it together,it is not sturdy at all, and very bad smell, overall, it is so heavy and I don’t know how to return it.

This is worst stuff I’ve got for my baby so far!!!

Everything about this changing table works, especially the fact that it could be used as a bookcase once our baby grows older. The only aspect of this product that left much to be desired is the backing, which is a cheap cardboard type of material. I would have appreciated plywood. We will be putting on some plywood ourselves in order to upgrade this product. Otherwise, it is easy to put together as the instructions are simple and easy to follow. It’s functionality is good. We are satisfied with the product.

I’m very happy with this changing table. I’m 6 months pregnant and it took me a little over an hour to put it together by myself (I didn’t want to wait for hubby). The package is really heavy, so hubby had to move it to where I put it together. It is a little more redish then my dark cherry crib and dresser, but I still like them together (you really have to be looking to see a difference). The instructions were clear with pictures and written instructions. If you plan to take off the top section so that you have a flat top later to use it as a bookshelf, just know that you will have 5 holes on the top where you connected the changing table edges. However, even keeping that part on, I still think it will look and work great as a bookshelf or toy storage area. The sides and top are solid wood. The shelves are mdf. I read a review that said their’s didn’t come with a back as pictured, mine did and it was easy to nail on. I think it was also real wood and not cardboard like some other assemble yourself furniture I’ve seen. It also comes with a dark red pen to use to cover any scratches or dents that might occur. I plan to use this pen on my other dark cherry furniture if needed. Very sturdy and looks as pictured. Great price compared with the $100 ones that I saw in the store and could shake and topple over with very little effort. I’m having a boy and I expect him to try to climb everything including the changing table, so I wanted something that wouldn’t be a safety hazard. This definately won’t fall over on him.

I always approach assembling furniture like this with dread, expecting complicated instructions and the knowledge of an engineer just to get the first two parts to click. However I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to put together – all the parts are labeled on the side so there’s no guesswork as to which piece is which (I wish manufacturers did this more often), the diagrams are very straightforward and the only tools you need are a Phillips head screwdriver and a hammer. Plus, there was really no struggling to get everything to fit together, like some shelves and tables, and it really looks great. Got it together in just a little over an hour too.

All-in-all, a great purchase for the price. Highly recommended.

This table has been turned into a hobby table, because of the convenient recessed tabletop. It is more than worth the money. It is sturdier and larger than I could expect, and the enclosed fasteners make for extra reinforcement. The style and the backing will make it a fine book case someday, with larger books protected on top. It is large, safe, and roomy, with a striking but flexible styling. I really enjoy it.
